Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx):
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Flat rate: £12.95
- Recommended for time-sensitive orders
Free Shipping (EMS):
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
- Available for orders over £50
- Ideal for non-urgent deliveries

Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our bathroom furniture with a customer-friendly returns policy. Should you need to return any of our vanity units, cabinets, or storage solutions, please follow these steps:
Our Return Policy
- Return window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories
- Non-returnable items:
- Mirrored cabinets with installed mirrors (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom-fitted bathroom furniture that has been modified or installed
How to Initiate a Return

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:

For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item with the same care we take when initially packing your bathroom furniture, immediately after processing your return.

International Returns
For customers outside the UK:
- Contact us before returning any items
- Customs documentation may be required
