We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Like our precision-crafted bathroom furniture, we’ve designed this policy with your convenience in mind.

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on mirrored cabinets with installed mirrors or any custom-fitted bathroom furniture that has been modified or installed.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:
