Do your vanity units include basins?
Our vanity units are sold as furniture pieces without basins unless specifically stated as “complete sets” in the product description. This allows you to pair them with your preferred basin style.
Ordering & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
We offer two delivery options:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95): Dispatched within 1-2 working days, delivered by DHL/FedEx in 10-15 working days
- Free Shipping (orders over £50): Dispatched within 1-2 working days, delivered by EMS in 15-25 working days
Do you deliver to my country?
We ship globally to most countries, excluding certain Asian and remote regions. During checkout, simply enter your address to confirm availability. Our premium carriers (DHL, FedEx, EMS) ensure safe delivery worldwide.
Can I track my order?
Yes, all shipments include tracking. You’ll receive your tracking number via email once your order is dispatched from our Manchester showroom. For large items like fitted bathroom furniture sets, our team will provide additional updates.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 15-day return period from the date of delivery. Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Please contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
What if my item arrives damaged?
In the rare event of damage during transit, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Our premium carriers insure all shipments for your protection.
